I am going to attempt to have a smoothie, a salad and soup everyday during the health challenge that begins on 1/27.
Smoothies are an easy, economical, and healthy way to start my day. There are SOO many types of soups and salads that things should never get boring. All three are an easy way to have a large quantity of food that is healthy and satiating.
So the Triple S Attack will be in full force!
